Waitlist privacy notice

Effective date: November 4, 2026

FilipinaSpark uses your preferred first name, email address, selected waitlist audience, adult self-attestation and consent to confirm your request and, after approval, send launch invitations. An optional referral code helps count confirmed requests. No dating account, public profile, payment or identity-document collection is part of this form.

Your contact details are encrypted in the application database. Access is restricted to owner administrators. Recruiters receive no contact details or dashboard access. Referral reporting is aggregate only. Resend processes confirmation emails and delivery/suppression records; Render hosts the application and PostgreSQL database; Cloudflare R2 stores encrypted private backups. These providers may process information outside your country. No unrelated marketing consent is requested or implied.

Unconfirmed requests expire after 14 days. Confirmed requests are retained for up to 180 days after confirmation. Unsubscribed records are removed within 30 days. Scheduled cleanup runs through the existing maintenance service. Use the private link in your confirmation email to unsubscribe immediately or delete your waitlist information from the active database.

Deletion also removes associated application email-outbox records. Encrypted application backups are retained for up to 14 days rather than being edited in place. Provider delivery/security records may remain under the provider’s retention policy. Administrators must reapply recorded deletions before using restored data. Contact support@filipinaspark.com for privacy requests or if you lost your management link; do not email passwords, payment information or identity documents.

Self-attestation is not identity verification. Early access is subject to separate enrollment, safety and eligibility requirements. You may withdraw consent at any time. We do not sell waitlist contact information.

You may request access to your waitlist information, correction of inaccurate information, or deletion by contacting support@filipinaspark.com. We may ask you to confirm control of your email address to protect your information. You may also complain to the privacy regulator with jurisdiction over your information, including the Philippine National Privacy Commission where Philippine data protection law applies. Contacting us does not limit that right.

We do not use advertising trackers or track you across other websites for this waitlist. Optional analytics are disabled in this waitlist-only release. Necessary security processing, including rate-limit identifiers and hosting security logs, still operates regardless of Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals.

Material changes to this notice will be announced prominently on the waitlist pages before taking effect, with an updated effective date and policy version. We will seek fresh consent where required before using your information for a new purpose.
